AREQUIPA & PUNO

Day 1: AREQUIPA: CITY TOUR AND MONASTERY OF ST. CATALINA

Am. Arrive in Arequipa, reception at the bus station, and transfer to the chosen hotel.
Pm. There will be a City Tour through the historical part of the city and The Monastery of Santa Catalina, a religious colonial monument, with four centuries old, unique in the world that has inside a true citadel where nuns of the order Santa Catalina de Siena lived.

Day 2: AREQUIPA / COLCA CANYON

Am. Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, we pick you up from the hotel to start the excursion to Colca Canyon, where you will arrive at approximately 1.00 Pm. after visiting Pampa Cañahuás, Mirador de Los Andes, Chucura Crater, the Chivay Lookout to appreciate the Inca walk, arriving at the village of Chivay. Accommodation in Chivay.

Day 3: COLCA CANYON / CONDOR CROSS / PUNO

Am. Breakfast at the hotel.
Very early we head to the Cross of the Condor, a viewpoint where you can see the magnitude of the Colca Canyon and the spectacular flight of the condors; return to Chivay you will visit the Chilina Viewpoint, where you will find the famous Hanging Tombs, the Village of Yaque its beautiful Church and its streets features built of Stone.
1.30 Pm. Departure by tourist bus to Puno, the duration of the trip is approximately 6 hours. Arrival in Puno, reception, and transfer to the chosen hotel.

Uros are a pre-Incan people that live on forty-two self-fashioned floating island in Lake Titicaca Puno, Peru and Bolivia.

Day 4: PUNO / TITICACA / ISLA DE LOS UROS / TAQUILE

Am. Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast visit the Floating Islands of the Uros Indians, where you can appreciate its customs and in particular the construction of the islands and their houses built based on Totora, which is a typical aquatic plant of the island, later you will visit the Island of Taquile to appreciate its customs, lunch included in the island; return to Puno and transfer to the hotel.

Day 5: PUNO / SILLUSTANI / LIMA

Am. Breakfast at the hotel
After breakfast and road to the airport, visit the Pre-Inca cemetery of Sillustani, located on the shore of Lake Umayo, at the end, transfer to Juliaca Airport to return to Lima.
